1. What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?

Our pieces are made primarily from unplated 925 sterling silver. Some designs also feature natural materials such as crystals, stones, jade, wood, and other organic elements.
2. What materials are used for gold-plated pieces?

Our gold-plated pieces are crafted with a 925 sterling silver base and finished with a layer of 24K gold electroplating.
3. Will my jewelry tarnish?

Yes. Unplated sterling silver naturally oxidises over time, which may cause tarnishing. This is completely normal and part of the nature of silver.

To slow down tarnishing, we recommend keeping your jewelry away from moisture, perfume, lotions, and chemicals. When not wearing your piece, store it in a sealed bag or soft pouch.
4. How should I clean tarnished silver?

For most surface tarnish, gently polish your jewelry with the polishing cloth included in our packaging.

For deeper tarnish, especially in small crevices, you may use a professional silver cleaning solution. Please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Soak the tarnished silver in the solution for 10–30 seconds, or until it regains its original colour.
  2. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  3. Pat dry with a tissue or soft cloth, or use cool air to dry.
  4. Make sure the surface and all crevices are completely dry before storing, as remaining moisture may cause rapid re-tarnishing.

Silver dip can be used repeatedly, but avoid soaking the jewelry for too long. Over-soaking may cause the silver to turn yellowish, which cannot be reversed.
5. Are there any materials that need special care?

Yes. Some natural materials should not be soaked in silver cleaning solution, including wood, yellow opal, black grid stone, and yellow Dongling jade.

For pieces with wood elements, please follow these care tips:

  • Keep the piece dry and remove it before showering, exercising, or swimming.
  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and chemical products.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight.
  • Keep it in a sealed bag or soft pouch to prevent scratches.
  • Do not expose wooden parts to silver cleaning solution. If the silver part tarnishes, use the polishing cloth only.
  • If the piece is not worn for a long time, you may occasionally apply a very thin layer of wood wax oil to help maintain the wood.
6. How should I adjust open rings?

Sterling silver is slightly malleable, so open rings can be gently adjusted for a better fit.

However, we recommend adjusting the size only when necessary. Frequent bending may cause metal fatigue and could eventually lead to breakage.
7. Will natural materials look exactly like the product photos?

Not always. Pieces featuring stones, wood, jade, or other natural materials may vary in colour, texture, veining, and pattern.
